I was first introduced to Kurt and the Complete Auto Body family through one of their employees, who is a friend of mine and a fellow car enthusiast. I had been searching for nearly a year for the right place to take my 1990 Chevy Lumina for a badly needed paint job, and decided to give them a try.

From the moment I walked in for an estimate, I could tell that this place was a cut above the other shops I had visited. Stephanie, Heather and the entire staff welcomed me in the door as if I were a member of the family arriving for Christmas dinner! Kurt was very thorough and efficient in his estimation process, and it was very obvious that Kurt knew this business inside and out. Also, unlike the other shops I visited, Kurt let me tell him what I did and did not want for my vehicle, and he was honest in dissuading me from work that the car did not need. Let me repeat that – Kurt did not let me sign up for more work or cost than what was called for. Find THAT honesty at another area body shop!

What really convinced me to trust my car to the Complete AB team was not the estimate or the process, but their RESPECT for my car and my plans for it. A lot of other shops literally scoffed at the idea that anyone would wish to repaint a nearly 20 year old Chevy with no real street value. To me though, this car’s value is sentimental, not financial. My grandparents bought the car new, and passed it to me in 2004. After Hurricane Katrina nearly wiped her out, the only thing my Grandma had left of her old possessions was a recliner, a rocking chair, and this car. So, my love for this car, and my desire to see it restored, were only intensified.

Despite the very large amount of work that needed to be done, Kurt’s team completed the car in less than three weeks, providing many updates and pictures along the way. I was confident the car would look good, but I was floored when I saw the final results! The Chevy looks better than it did NEW – the body work is outstanding, and the paint is literally flawless!

I took a lot of pictures when the car was done, and sent them to my Grandma as a surprise. She’s in her 90s, and doesn’t remember things sometimes, but seeing that car with a new paintjob lit her up like a Christmas tree. Kurt and his team made a little old lady in New Orleans very happy, and fulfilled a years-long dream for a very dedicated grandson.

Needless to say, I’d recommend Complete AB to ANYONE. I am now a customer for life!

As a female, I trust Complete Auto Body to do the work I need (at a great price I might add!) without trying to scam me for "blinker fluid" :) They bend over backwards to help their customers, and I know that it will be fixed, not just a band-aid slapped on to bring me back in 3 weeks. I would recommed them highly to anyone! I even sent my 81 year old grandmother there alone, and they treated her as if she were their own family.

I was dumb and smacked my truck into a trash can denting up my front end. I took it to Kurt over at Complete Auto Body & Repair and boy did he take care of me. He had it in his shop and out again so fast, with such great quality of work nobody realized I banged up my truck. There was even a rental car waiting for me when I got there so I was not without transportation for the 2 days my truck was being worked on. I could not imagine trusting any of my vehicles any where else in town. Thanks Kurt!
