Complete Auto Sales and Repair Warranty

• Engine: All internally lubricated parts inclusive of: pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and bearings, camshaft and bearings, timing gear r chain and/or belt, rocker arms, shafts and bushings, valves, valve springs, guides and seats, push rods and lifters, oil pump, engine head(s), engine block, gaskets and seals if damaged as a result of failure of covered engine parts.

• Transmission: All internally lubricated parts contained within an automatic transmission and transfer case inclusive of: clutches, bands, pumps, carrier assemblies, internal shafts, (main, intermediate, reaction), thrust washers and bearings, governor, valve body, servo and accumulator assemblies, torque converter, shift linkage, throttle valve cable, case if damaged as a result of failure of covered automatic transmission parts. Internally lubricated parts contained within a manual transmission inclusive of: main shaft, coupler shaft, all gears, synchrony hub assemblies, bearings, shift rails and internal shift forks, input shaft synchro rings and retainers, case if damaged as a result of failure of covered components. Internally lubricated parts within the trans-axle of a front wheel drive including ring and pinion gears, internal bearings, axle(s), and case if damaged by covered components.

• Rear Wheel Drive: Parts contained within the differential housing including ring gear and pinion gears, bearings, differential housing if damaged by failure of internally lubricated parts, axle, universal joints.

• Four-Wheel Drive: Parts contained within the transfer case; transfer case if damaged by failure of internally lubricated parts.

• Transmission: All internally lubricated parts contained within an automatic transmission and transfer case inclusive of: clutches, bands, pumps, carrier assemblies, internal shafts (main, intermediate, reaction), thrust washers and bearings, governor, valve body, servo and accumulator, torque converter, shift linkage, throttle valve cable, case, if damaged as a result of failure of covered automatic transmission parts, internally lubricated parts contained within a manual transmission inclusive of: main shaft, coupler shaft, all gears, synchronizer hub assemblies, bearings, shift rails and internal shift forks, input shaft synchronizer rings and retainers, case, if damaged as a result of failure of covered components. Internally lubricated parts within the trans-axle of a front wheel drive Including ring and pinion gears, internal bearings, axle(s) and case, if damaged by covered components.

• Rear-Wheel Drive: Parts contained within the differential housing, if damaged by failure of internally lubricated parts, axle, and universal joints.

• Four-Wheel Drive: Parts contained within the transfer case; transfer case, if damaged by failure of internally lubricated parts.

• Air Conditioning, Cooling, and Heating: Factory installed compressor, clutch, heater core, blower motor, main radiator, main fan, and fan pulley.

• Electrical: Starter, starter solenoid, alternator or generator, voltage regulator, windshield washer pump, wiper motors, trunk lid motor, engine control computer, ignition control module, blower motor, power seat motor, door window motors, speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, electronic control module (ECM/ECU), climate control unit and power train control module.

• Sensors: Manifold pressure temperature, throttle position, coolant temperature, vehicle speed, camshaft/crankshaft angle, wheel speed, and climate control sensors.

• Wear & Tear: Any covered part listed, if it breaks due to excessive wear or is worn out.

• Steering: Steering gear, power steering pump, steering column shafts, and coupling rack and pinion.

• Brakes: Master cylinder, vacuum assistant booster, emergency brake cable, brake calipers, (ABS), wheel cylinders, compensating valve, and brake line tubing and fittings.

• Front Suspension: Upper and lower control arms, control arm shafts, upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, constant velocity joints and axle(s) wheel bearings.

• Seals and Gaskets: All seals and gaskets are covered in conjunction with covered parts.

• Labor: All necessary labor will be paid at 50% of the prevailing labor rate. The current labor rate is established at the front of this contract. The additional 50% of the cost is the responsibility of the owner for all repairs or replace all components covered under this Agreement.

• Rental is not covered at any time by this agreement.

• 24/7 Roadside Program: If at any time your vehicle is in need of being towed into our facility. (The only tow company this qualifies for is Ron York Towing. They are a 24/7 service and there number is 314-427-8697). This warranty will cover 50% of the mileage charge only to our 6041 North Lindbergh, Hazelwood repair facility. The vehicle owner is responsible for any hook up, office and fuel surcharges. The Emergency tire, battery, gasoline, lockout service and emergency transportation are not included or covered by this warranty. This Roadside Program is limited to a max of 40 miles from our location.

• Trip Interruption: This warranty does not in anyway cover trip interruption.

• Labor Rate for the term of this contract is $110.00 per Hour based on Mitchell Estimatics Labor Guide.

• A/M parts are sold at List and then discounted per the terms of this warranty agreement. All OEM parts are sold at list Plus %15 and then discounted per this contract. In accordance with this contact owner may not supply and part or supplies. This is a discounted warranty program and can be canceled by either party at any time. This warranty is only valid at Complete Auto Body and Repair. Any repairs done on the vehicle not performed by them VOIDS this warranty without notification needed to either party listed herein.

• If at anytime the payments on this warranty are not paid in full on time, this warranty will become null and void and all claims denied during the non-covered time frame.

• We require service of your vehicle every 2500 miles for oil, filter and lubrication. This is to be performed at the Complete Auto Body and Repair. While performed at our location a FREE 27 point inspection will be completed to ensure the repair is in safe and good running condition. Any abuse or unattended maintenance, excessive handling or racing will void this agreement. Maintenance items such as Lube, oil and filter, Transmission and differential services are not covered. Tires are not covered by this agreement; however we will match a true competitor’s price in order to provide full service to our customers.

• Batteries are replaced pro-rated to the year that is stamped on the battery. This warranty also includes all electrical to include power seats, windows, regulators, switches and wiring.
